The Objective

Advocado's specialised features and excellent support team helped Seoul Garden Group to connect with their customers more effectively and quickly.

Leanne likes the fact that Advocado is exceptionally easy to use. Any changes she makes in the backend show up immediately across the group’s outlets, allowing her to implement new deals quickly. She also took a shine to the customer segmentation function that Advocado offers, noting that “we segmented the customers by location, since some of them only patronise one brand, and some patronise both.”

Leanne also appreciates the responsiveness of Advocado’s customer success team and the IT team, as they reply promptly to any queries or issues Seoul Garden had. They were especially accommodating when she put in requests for special configurations of Advocado’s system, like when she asked for a different layout for the customer reports.

Leanne recalls that in December 2022, she wanted to issue vouchers to Seoul Garden customers after each visit for a holiday season promotion. Instead of going through the troublesome process of preparing physical vouchers and distributing them to the outlets, she could use Advocado’s marketing automation function to send vouchers directly to qualifying Seoul Garden customers. Moreover, Advocado's customer success and IT teams wholeheartedly supported Seoul Garden to make the voucher distribution a success. She noted the immense effort both teams put into the campaign, and their commendable diligence during the campaign's early days. In short, Seoul Garden Group can now encourage more customers to make repeat visits and have better engagement with their brands.
